BACP Accredited Counsellor & Psychotherapist

A safe space to talk, understand and move forward.

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming. You may be struggling with anxiety, stress, low mood, grief, relationships or difficult experiences from the past.

You don't have to work through it alone.

I offer warm, confidential and non-judgemental counselling for adults and young people aged 14+, helping you make sense of what you're experiencing and find a way forward that feels right for you.

Hello, I'm Keeley

Choosing a counsellor can feel like a big step. Finding someone you feel comfortable with and able to trust is an important part of the therapeutic process.

I'm a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over six years' post-qualification experience. I work with adults and young people across private practice, schools and charitable settings.

I believe that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly, without judgement, and begin to understand what may be affecting you.

I work collaboratively with you, at your pace, helping you explore what you're experiencing and identify ways to move forward.

YOUNG PEOPLE

Because your Level 5 CYP qualification is a real strength, I would give this its own section rather than hiding it amongst everything else.

Counselling for Young People

Growing up can be complicated. Young people can experience pressures around school, friendships, family, identity, relationships and the transition into adulthood.

I provide a safe and confidential space where young people can talk about what they're experiencing and feel listened to without judgement.

I have extensive experience providing counselling within primary and senior school settings, alongside my private practice.

My work with young people is adapted to their developmental stage, individual needs and circumstances.

 Support on Offer

What brings you to counselling?

You may know exactly what's troubling you, or you may simply know that something doesn't feel right.

I can support you with:

  • Anxiety and panic

  • Stress and feeling overwhelmed

  • Low mood and depression

  • Bereavement and loss

  • Trauma and difficult experiences

  • Low self-esteem and confidence

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Life changes and transitions

  • Emotional wellbeing

  • Young people's mental health

  • Neurodiversity ADHD and Autism

You don't need to have all the answers before you begin. We can explore what's happening together.

Therapy that's tailored to you

I work integratively, which means I don't believe counselling should be a one-size-fits-all approach.

At the heart of my work is Person-Centred Therapy, creating a relationship based on empathy, acceptance and trust.

I also draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic approaches where appropriate.

Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings, experiences and patterns, and develop strategies that support you in moving forward.
